OVERVIEW: Croton Watch was a stale brand that needed to change its focus from low-cost to more fashion-forward. Retailers knew that Croton Watchers were great quality but not always up to the most current trends. This was achieved by focusing the advertising and sales materials on the styles, trends and quality, and less on the price.
